You can return or exchange any product purchased from K8Memories.com subject to a 15% restocking fee for purchases delivered within 30 days as long as:
- The returned product(s) are "Like New, Unopened" and in the original packaging.
- The returned product(s) arrive Postage Paid.
We will accept returns or exchanges only after a return authorization has been obtained. If there is something you'd like to return please email us for a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
Requests for returns of items delivered more than 30 days prior will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse returned merchandise if said merchandise is not received in original condition. In such a case, the items will be returned to you. All costs related to the return must be paid by the customer.
If you return part of an order that originally qualified for a shipping promotion, we reserve the right to re-assess shipping charges based on the new order total. The net difference between the total paid and the new total will be credited to your credit card or PayPal account. See our standard shipping policy for more information.
Orders returned undeliverable, refused, or cancelled in transit will constitute returned merchandise and be subject to the above terms.
If you receive something that arrived damaged send an email to info@K8Memories.com . We will replace it for you as long as you notify us upon receipt of the product or within 7 days of receipt of the product.
