You can return or exchange any product purchased from K8Memories.com within 30 days of the delivery date as long as:
- The returned product(s) are "Like New, Unopened" and in the original packaging.
- The returned product(s) arrive Postage Paid.
We will accept returns or exchanges only after a return authorization has been obtained. If there is something you'd like to return please email us for a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
We reserve the right to refuse returned merchandise if said merchandise is not received in original condition. In such a case, the items will be returned to you. All costs related to the return must be paid by the customer.
Returns are not accepted after 30 days.
When we receive your returned merchandise, we will refund your order amount minus the original shipping charges for that item.
If you return merchandise that originally qualified for Free Shipping, and the re-calculated order total falls below the free shipping amount, the shipping charge for the net merchandise will be subtracted from the credit processed to your credit card. See our standard shipping policy for more information.
If you receive something that arrived damaged send an email to info@K8Memories.com . We will replace it for you as long as you notify us upon receipt of the product or within 7 days of receipt of the product.
