We typically process your order within 1-2 business days from the date it is placed.
Shipping time depends on the shipping method you choose and product availability.
Orders ship via United Parcel Service (UPS), Federal Express (FedEx) or USPS Priority Mail. Estimated shipping time does not include order processing time. Orders will usually ship out of Connecticut.

- We ship all orders to APO/FPO Addresses and U.S. Territories via USPS Priority Mail. Please select Economy shipping for orders meeting this criteria. While most orders arrive in a timely manner, occasionally shipments may take 3-6 weeks.
- We can't guarantee Estimated Shipping Times. Those are determined by the specific carrier.
- SHIPPING CALCULATION
We calculate our rates per shipment, based on package weight, package size and travel distance. When possible, items that are out of stock when the order is placed will be shipped together when all backorders are in stock. Shipping costs will be higher with multiple shipments. Select the option to have your entire order shipped complete to avoid this extra cost, or remove out of stock items from your order.
- BACKORDERS
Backordered merchandise will be shipped complete. This means that all backordered merchandise will be shipped together. We will not ship any of your backordered merchandise until all items are in stock and we can complete your order. When submitting an order that contains merchandise that is not in stock you will be billed for the merchandise shipped and the total shipping charge based on all merchandise immediately. Upon shipment of your backordered merchandise, you are then billed only for the remaining merchandise (and any taxes if applicable).
- CANCELLATIONS
If a backordered item is cancelled we will credit your account the Per Pound amount of the cancelled item’s weight. In the event that your order shipped at a promotional reduced shipping rate, the new order subtotal will be used to determine promotional eligibility and if applicable shipping charges will be adjusted.

- If you haven't received your order in 14 business days, please e-mail us.
- USPS Priority Mail shipments containing larger packages may need to be picked up at the local carrier's facility instead of delivery to your home.
- We reserve the right to change or terminate any shipping offers or specials on any merchandise at our discretion at any time.
- We reserve the right to substitude carrier at our discretion for orders where a shipping promotion applies.
We ship to addresses within the U.S. and Puerto Rico. We are unable to ship internationally at this time.
